...is the process whereby you receive and respond to a visual or sound message without being aware of it. The message in the form of printed words, pictures or voices is presented either so rapidly or faintly that you are not consciously aware of having seen or heard anything. But you react to it anyway. Messages programmed directly to the subconscious by-pass critical analysis and the conscious choice to accept or reject the message. Repetition of the message constitutes mental programming. Have you consciously noticed the background of this website, for example?
We have all
heard about the experiment many years ago in which a movie theater flashed
a beverage ad across the screen during the film. What was the result
of such seemingly harmless dribble? Sales of that drink increased dramatically!
These subliminal messages were then banned, right?
What if similar techniques infiltrated our
evening news or the countless hours of television Americans are watching?
Is television providing the effect necessary
to change our subconscious thoughts?
Have behavioral psychologists waged psychological
warfare through the mass media and the alteration of our education?
Just as relevant today as when it was first released in 1976, the movie "Network" prophetically reveals what is wrong with society because of televison. See and hear for yourself in this brief but poignant clip.
Who is in control of influencing our thinking?
What is the ultimate goal of this psychological

The most successful propaganda uses the arts as a delivery system. Art is a way of seeing and what we see in art defines what we understand to be "reality". Thus reality and perception can be altered by manipulating people's minds through entertainment.
The arts are ideal instruments of social engineering because they influence people without their conscious awareness. It is no accident that television networks have "programming departments" and the shows are called "programming". Story-telling is the oldest means of transmitting information about how society works and what's right and wrong.
In Orwell's "1984", every room contains a television screen that floods people's minds with a constant flow of information and messages. According to Homer Simpson, the answers to life's problems are on TV. And like the cartoon character, the American people have been programmed to look to the media for their answers as well. The problem is that the media is controlled by corporations that are controlled by the super-rich who have a vested interest in keeping the public bemused and befuddled.
the feeling and intelligence of the masses is one of our political
problems and for this end we find the movies most effective." - Sergei

A progressively more graphic depiction of violence in movies,
television and music desensitizes people, especially young people,
to real-life violence; and increases tension, anxiety and fear among
older people who are encouraged to demand that government do something.
By causing emotional stress and mental confusion, judgment
is impaired and suggestibility increased. Under these conditions,
people allow their rights to be diminished for the promise of security.
There can be no doubt about the causal relationship between
media violence and what is happening in cities and towns across the
In 1928, Edward Bernays, "the father of public relations," wrote in his book Propaganda:
"The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in a democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power in our country."
Present day society is the most manipulated and controlled in history as a result of the constant programming and conditioning by way of mass media and public education. Much of what we 'know' as a society is indoctrinated into us at an early age which leads most not to give any thought to why we believe some of the things we do. Many things are accepted as true as the direct result of habit or because a respected authority said it was so.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT WAR
"All warfare is based on deception," wrote Chinese General Sun Tzu in The Art of War more than twenty-five hundred years ago. He goes on to say that "supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistence without fighting."
Inducing stress, anxiety, fear and terror in a population is a strategy of psychological warfare. Thinking and behavior can be altered when people are subjected to intense and prolonged stress.
"In states of human fear and excitement the most wildly improbable suggestions can be accepted by apparently sensible people," wrote British psychiatrist Dr. William Sargant in his 1957 book Battle for the Mind, which examines the psychology of religious conversion and political brain-washing. He concludes: "The politico-religious struggle for the mind of man may well be won by whoever becomes most conversant with the normal and abnormal functions of the brain, and is readiest to make use of the knowledge gained."
"War is a racket," wrote Marine Major General Smedley Butler in 1935 in his book by that same title. This two-time recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor goes on to say: "A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small 'inside' group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many."
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation. He works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared."
-Marcus Tullius Cicero, 42 B.C.
A Speech in the Roman Senate
Each nation has its "ruling elite," a wealthy aristocracy that comprises its ruling class. Historically, government has been the servant of private wealth. Political and economic power is concentrated in the hands of this ruling elite that is the hidden power behind government. They control the banks, large corporations, major communications media, influential foundations; in fact, their power encompasses all areas of society.
These ruling class families have formed an alliance amongst themselves for world domination. This is the real meaning of the "GLOBALISM," which is costing many Americans their jobs as work is outsourced to foreign countries in order to weaken the infrastructure of America and reduce its standard of living to facilitate its incorporation into the New World Order being engineered by this hierarchy of wealthy families. Their greatest tool and weapon is money...and the ignorance of the public.
No one is presented to the public by the mass media for the highest political office in America unless first chosen and then promoted by the ruling elite. A distant cousin to both George W. Bush and Dick Cheney, President Barack Obama, coached in the techniques of hypnosis, was packaged and sold to the public to advance the agenda of the New World Order.
Psychological warfare and economic warfare work together. If the American people understood the dishonest nature of the money system, they would not tolerate it.
People in positions of power are where they are because they know some things that the rest of the people do not know. Secret knowledge is the basis of all power. This is how a ruling class comprised of a relatively small number of people can control, manipulate and govern the masses.
The Orwellian world of mind control is a present day reality. It arrived unnoticed because people were conditioned not to notice. The "Mind Control in America" audio series are educational tools to shine light on why there is so much strife, conflict and confusion and why life is becoming more difficult for many Americans. The information contained in these eye-opening, mind-expanding audios is relevant to people all over the world because mind control is a global issue.
